My friend Tim has sold more than $100 million worth of product on Amazon. He’s nailed down exactly what works and what doesn’t. For the first time ever, you can join his coaching community for a low monthly investment.

Inside his coaching and community, you’ll get his step-by-step system to build a profitable private label business. 3-5 live Q&A calls per week. A monthly masterclass on advanced growth strategies. A results driven community, and more.

I’ve personally paid for his coaching and community (back when it was a mid 4-figure investment) and it’s really good.

🖼️ Alberta Foundation for the Arts opens first Calgary gallery (AFA art house)

For a long time, the AFA (based in Edmonton) had little physical presence in Calgary — but that changed on September 10, 2025, with the opening of the AFA art house in downtown Calgary’s Edison building. Its inaugural show, New Views, features 50 works from the AFA’s collection — including many never before publicly shown. The gallery is meant to enhance downtown vibrancy, increase access to Alberta’s art, and support local visual artists.

🏒 Flames Celebrity Charity Golf Classic raises $415,000

The 44th annual Calgary Flames Celebrity Charity Golf Classic, earlier this month, raised $415,000 for the Calgary Flames Foundation. The event drew 420 golfers, including Flames players, alumni, local celebrities, and media. At the gala dinner afterward, families from programs supported by the Flames Foundation (such as Renfrew Educational Services and Pacekids) were invited to share their stories. It’s a great example of how the team is using its platform to give back and strengthen local support systems. 💃 WINS expands thrift-retail mission, reinvesting into programs for women & families

WINS (Women in Need Society) is growing its thrift store footprint — and every dollar from those stores is funneled into community programs helping women and families in crisis. In the past year, WINS served over 27,000 Calgarians and processed more than 7 million pounds of donated goods. This isn’t just retail expansion — it’s the growth of a social mission anchored in care and community support.

🍽 Feature Restaurant: Pazzi Pizzeria – Modern Italian in The Oliver

With a 4.5 ⭐️ rating, Pazzi Pizzeria is nestled inside The Oliver complex on 10th Ave SW, brings a fresh, trendy take on Italian dining without the hefty price tag. It’s part of a five-venue concept, but this one keeps it casual: think Neapolitan-style pizzas, sharable antipasti, and an atmosphere that’s lively yet comfortable.

The space itself feels modern and inviting — bright interiors, patio seating, and the buzz of Calgary’s Beltline right outside. It’s the kind of spot where you can meet friends for a laid-back dinner, split a few pies, and still keep the bill reasonable.

With most pizzas and starters under $30, Pazzi strikes that sweet spot of trendy, flavour-forward dining that doesn’t break the bank. For Calgarians looking for a stylish but approachable night out, this new Beltline gem hits just right. More info.

🏞️ DAY TRIP IDEA

🚗 Day-Trip Idea: Forgetmenot Pond – Turquoise Waters & Picnic Bliss

Tucked into the Elbow Valley just past Bragg Creek, Forgetmenot Pond is one of the most picturesque quick escapes from Calgary. The striking turquoise pond, surrounded by pine forest and mountain peaks, is glacier-fed and dazzlingly clear. While the water is too cold for swimming, the shoreline trails, picnic tables, and mountain views make it an ideal spot for a relaxed outing.

Families love it here for the easy access and safe walking paths, while photographers and nature lovers are drawn to the reflections of the Rockies mirrored on the still pond. Add in the sound of the nearby Elbow River, and you’ve got a setting that feels far more remote than its short drive suggests.

🍕Pro Tip: The Bragg Creek Bakery has an amazing pepperoni pizza with jalapenos and honey. I never liked pepperoni pizza until trying this one. The spiciness of the jalapenos and the sweetness of the honey pair so well together. Stop in for a coffee and a slice on your way in or out of Bragg Creek.

Trip Overview

  • Distance from Calgary: ~1 hour (65 km southwest via Hwy 22 through Bragg Creek, then Hwy 66)

  • Trail Length: Short 1 km loop around the pond; optional longer riverside trails nearby (easy, family-friendly)

  • Elevation Gain: Minimal — flat and accessible

  • Time Needed: 2–4 hours for walking, photos, and a picnic; longer if pairing with Bragg Creek stop

  • Facilities: Large parking lot, picnic tables, fire pits, pit toilets (seasonal)

  • Best Time to Visit: Late spring through early fall (Hwy 66 is closed Dec 1 – May 14 each year); mornings offer calmer winds and quieter ambience

Check out the Jaspr Air Purifier to improve the quality of the air you're breathing in your home or office. I have two of them in my house, and they're fantastic. Use code ‘FROMHERE’ at checkout for an exclusive discount. I recently swapped out my Jaspr air filter after the recommended 6 months. Look at all the gunk it filtred from the air in my home! Yuck!
