HERE’S HOW I BROKE MY iPHONE ADDICTION

I’ve tried everything to reduce my screen time. The only thing that’s worked is the BRICK.

I’ve gone from 5+ hours per day to under 2 hours. And those 2 hours are productive work/family related (phone calls, text messages, FaceTime, etc.)

Even if it was only 3 hours less daily, that’s 1,095 hours yearly. If you think about that in 40-hour work weeks, that’s 27.4 work weeks worth of time. Yikes!

The best part is that after three days, the unconscious desire to pick up and look at my phone is gone - 100% gone. It's like it's rewired my brain.

Lake Minnewanka - Only 1.5 hours from Calgary is the majestic Lake Minnewanka, where you can take a guided cruise for 60 or 90 minutes (or even an 18+ beer cruise) on the lake.
